That's right, y'all. With only a month left until Christmas, I'm officially becoming festive. Militantly so, in fact. Hence the wonderful new journal skin - many thanks to *LifesDestiny. Anyway, Christmas playlist is fired up on Spotify, there's a big bag of Poundland Christmas decorations in the living room (my housemates won't let me put them up till next week), and given a few days I'll have a santa hat. Joy to the world, and such!

So, anyway. Just three weeks left till the end of term, and I'll be heading back home on the 19th. Before then we're planning 'house Christmas', with a proper turkey and everything! Students attempting to cook Chistmas dinner? Recipe for disaster no doubt, but it should be good fun. Oh, and house secret santa - essentially 'however much hilarious stuff you can buy and wrap up for about £5'. Good times.

And with that general message of good cheer passed on, I shall sum up the general happenings:
Work is under way on the Headshots Galore project - almost 20 are sketched out, and nearly half the slots are filled. But that still means there's fifty slots remaining! Those of you who have already requested: tell your friends! Those of you who haven't requested: make a damn request and then tell your friends! It doesn't have to be a full ten - in fact what I'd really like is a lot of people asking for only a few. Oh, and if you do request, please comment on the journal for Headshots Galore journal entry: [link] Makes my life a whole lot easier.
Today's experiment, "Is it possible to get any work done outside of the library or do I just get distracted by the internet?" is so far something of a failure.
Couple of days ago we had the 'law fair', where a bunch of law firms come to uni and try to convince us to work there. Long story short - huge amounts of free stuff! About 50 pens, highlighters, stressballs, chocolate, USB drives, a lightbulb (wtf?), notepads, sticky labels, a mousepad, an umbrella... student heaven!
Afterwards I labelled everything in the kitchen and living room(what else do you do with that many sticky labels?), but now someone's switched them all round! The TV says 'stool'. The fridge says 'clothes go here'. The washing machine says 'wall'. The dish containing leftover haddock says 'James'. It's madness!
I'm... running out of things to say, and I probably should do some work. Get merry, folks!
