My friends, I come to you with news of the terrible storm that has battered England over the last 24 hours. Also to clear that journal off from Christmas 2011. But anyway. It was a truly ferocious thing. For days they've been warning us of the impending weather system closing in off the Atlantic. Links were made to the great storm of 1987 (which I wasn't around for but which was apparently a big deal). Hurricane-strength winds of up to 100mph!! Ok not 100 in the end but like, up to 90. YEAAAAH. It's December, and you know what that means: FULL-BLOWN FESTIVE SPIRIT. Officially gettin' mah holiday season ON. (Well, as soon as my exam is over tomorrow).
